Bio
We are influenced by many different artists that cover a diverse genre of music. Alyssa Taylor grew up singing jazz and blues and continues to apply those styles to the rock foundation of the TwoTwentyTwos, creating a soulful and energetic rock/blues infusion. Influenced by such artists as Etta James, Bonnie Raitt, The Pretenders and No Doubt; we are inspired by all generations of music. What sets us apart from other bands is our ability and passion to incooperate all genres into our music, creating diverse songs with original sounds, styles and beats. Alyssa Taylor, who was just nominated by HotRocks TV for "Best Female Singer," has a powerful and soulful voice. Alyssa's voice and composing, along with Dave, Ryan and Kevin who are three very talented and skilled musicians and composers, make up the TwoTwentyTwos; our passion and love for music is clearly heard in every note.
