Born in the south and raised on the west coast, Tyler is making his mark on the indie scene, blending new wave indie pop with a signature, western flare. With his signature look and one of a kind voice, Tyler Mann is really tackling indie pop in a way that audiences haven’t seen before. Musically Tyler is following in the footsteps of artists like BØRNS, Miguel, Tove Lo, and Khalid, setting trends with his iconic brand of “Music you can Dance in your Car to.”
Tyler’s career began in 2007 with a seven-year run on Disney’s mega-hit, “Phineas and Ferb” and he has since laid roots all over LA’s film and music industries. As a proud USC Trojan, Tyler Mann spent the early 2010s studying music alongside fellow indie tastemakers like Muna, RKCB, and Rozzi Crane. He has spent the last few years behind the scenes writing for other LA acts including psychedelic popstress, Evalyn, Odeza certified cool girl, Naomi Wild, and the Internet’s favorite user, Nicopop. Now Tyler Mann finds himself center stage, ready to serve his sad-boy-at-the-party lyrics, refreshingly left of Center hooks, and desert, street kid aesthetic in his debut release this fall 2k18.
