"God,Love, & WAR"

uni aum Entertainment

"God, Love, & WAR" is an impressive debut effort from a gifted writer and ambitous rapper named Ty Pharaoh. “Tylonn Sawyer’s Opus” is a favorite. Pharaoh shines on the stream of conscious no sequesters that offer a glimpse into the mind of this artist.
“RUN” showcases the dexterity of Pharaoh’s flow while exchanging verses and tempos with Theory. "Bricks" allows him to exchange verses with another over a welcoming Lazy Genius groove.
Being that Pharaoh is at his best when his intellect, voice, & spirituality are allowed to pontificate, "Blues in the Water" was an instant favorite. It’s Pharaoh at his lyrical best. The simplistic guitar is a fine accompaniment to allow his vocal imagery to be the main focus. “Whiplash” is a change that shows that Pharaoh can be just emotive while being laid back in delivery.
"God, Love, & WAR" heralds that there is a gifted writer and ambitious rapper named Ty Pharaoh.
