Uli began at the end of the 90s playing in local places in Rosario's city where he was residing, when he had to interrupt his career for problems of health. After medical treatments he was recapturing his musical activity. On having happened the time he manage to compose very much materially. In the year 2007 he put in touch with his friend of the whole life and companion of work of long time Juan Pablo Sancho who would devote himself to collaborate in the artistic production of the album. It is like that since in the middle of 2008 they began the meetings of recording and production on behalf of the material. Beginning the year 2009 with an Album in the street called "Fenix",Which connotes a reincarnation from Uli's ashes and brings his reminiscences of those years 90 and the whole blurred one that mark restricted the history of Rock.
