The Um is the question. The Conscious is your reality. This Colorado based group consists of 3 members bringin flavors ranging from watermelon spittin' seeds to fried bacon grease.
Front man Johnny L. breaths life into songs with funky basslines, groovy piano tunes, and
trademark vocals.
Boogie B brings out of this world simplistic guitar tones that will make any head turn.
The most stunning of them all is the drummer Nick Dahlstrom (beatnick). This rare breed musician brings new tasty on point flavors everytime he represents his fresh talents behind his custom kit. He is the engine of the group, more then just a drummer he is a true enigma. He moves and directs the band to different levels of musicianship. You will become victim to his spells if you are lucky enough to witness his melodic tones. A true collaborator. We commend you beatnick!
In just two short years UmConscious has performed with many national acts and has also performed and rocked many top notch venues.
UmConscious has many goals and visions for the future not the least of which is releasing their new album in the 2K6.
