Bio
The U.N. is a rock band formed in Thessaloniki at the end of 2009.
The name of the band consists of only two initials.
The letters ‘U’ & ‘N’ are to define every different space-time
era that the band passes through and consequently every album title.
Thus, the group will always be specified by its album titles
and not vice-versa.
Members are: Imad Tolis Hassan (voice)
Denis Fragopoulos (guitar - vocals)
Mateusz Starnawski (bass - vocals)
Dimitris Raptis (drums)
On 01/09/2010 UN made their first appearance on
a festival in Rodeo live in Athens.
After that ,invitations for many other festivals followed, as well as
appearances in live stages in Greece.
On 09/01/2012 U.N. released they first LP under the name
‘Ulnar Nerve’ which is a combination of blues-rock, classic rock and alternative rock in a dynamic and groovy pack of the rock feeling that the 70s, 80s and 90s gave as a legacy to the musical scene of the 21st century and an exploration of the humorous, ironic, wild, wandering and curious, in general, nature of the contemporary human being
The goal of the U.N. are first of all to make good rock music and have a lot of live appearances where they can present their own music.
