"Event Details: ATMOSPHERE II- A Celebration of Culture, Scholarship & Entertainment- SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2004 8PM SHARP, Southern Polytechnic State University Student Theater & Ballroom- 1100 South Marietta Parkway- Marietta, GA"

February 5, 2004

Dear Undefined:

Greetings, I trust that this message finds you well! My name is Christopher J. Cooper and I am the Scholarship Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers- Alumni Extension Atlanta Chapter. Our Chapter would be honored if Undefined would perform at for our 2nd Annual Scholarship Fundraising Event- ATMOSPHERE II, A Celebration of Culture Scholarship & Entertainment, which will be held in Atlanta, GA on Saturday, February 7, 2004 @ 7PM!

To provide more information about our organization: The National Society of Black Engineers Atlanta Alumni-Extension is a non-profit organization. Our sole purpose is to increase the number of culturally responsible black engineers who succeed professionally, develop and enhance NSBE programs, increase technical awareness, encourage scholastic achievement, and stimulate enthusiasm in the Black engineering community. Our chapter is setting the standards for chapters across the nation! We have garnered the honor of being “Chapter of the Year” three years in a row and we are striving for other honors in the future!

Given our chapter’s commitment to excellence, and as a proud Dual Degree Engineering Program Alum of Morehouse College and The Georgia Institute of Technology; I have the awesome pleasure and privilege to serve as Scholarship Chair and Event Coordinator. I know firsthand, the value of an outstanding engineering education and I know for a fact that it is a financial hardship for most students. Keeping this in mind Our Chapter’s Executive Board unanimously agreed that it would be great to have a charitable event to raise funds for undergraduate engineering students at the following institutions: Morehouse College, Spelman College, Clark Atlanta University, Georgia Institute of Technology, Southern Polytechnic University and DeVry University.

The Concept is to have an event that consists of a Talent Showcase featuring R&B, Hip Hop and Jazz Artists, Spoken Word, and An African & Modern Dance Troupe, followed by an After Party! However this event is sure to be an even bigger success if Undefined would honor us with your presence on February 28th. Please note that as this is a charitable event, any performance would be on a non-paid basis, since all proceeds raised will go directly to the college students. Please forward a confirmation and copy of your Bio for your introduction by February 14, 2004 to the email address listed below.

I can be reached at 770-819-6026 Home or 404-660-4912 Mobile for any concerns and/or questions. Given the complexity of planning required for the successful execution of the event, an immediate response would be greatly appreciated! I look forward to hearing from you soon, and thanks in advance for your time and consideration.

Best Regards and God Bless!

Bio

Undefined started out in the year 2000 as the two man group, DOWN. Its original members were the Baton Rouge, Louisiana born Tre and LaidBack. After many instances of hearing the creativeness of, then close friend, The New Orleans, La. born Phlawle$$...they made a very smart and lucrative addition. Now, with three strong members, Undefined continued to move forward. Undefined started to feature an artist that had been in the industry for a while from Baton Rouge, La., that went by the name of Luciano on many of its songs. Finally, after they started to realize that Luciano (who had, by now, changed his name to Chance) wasn't just a feature...he was a piece to the puzzle. So, there it was... The core of Undefined was born!!! Undefined is also accompanied by other label mates often.

Undefined's music can range from a smooth R&B tip style to a hard core rap/hip hop style. We are all from Louisiana. Our label, NfinHity Entertainment is one that puts music first. We are expected to always show a true love for the art of making music. We are artists. Not just gimmick.

Undefined, as the group is called, is just what it is... Undefined by any genre lines, Undefiined by its member structure (as they come together in many different combinations to meet the group's musical goals), and Undefined by the limits that the industry places on today's musical entertainment, and the world will definitely see this once it hears the music.

Undefined is fun and energizing...but they remain very serious and dedicated to the craft, because it all comes from the hearts of its members. This is no get rich quick scheme...they love what they do for music and what music, in turn, does for them... Undefined will be around for a long time to come.

Stay tuned and keep your ears to the buzz!!! NfinHity Entertainment brings to you Undefined... "No Lines...No Limits...No Letting Up" It's ON!!!
