Bio
UnderCover is a band of skilled musicians who individually and collectively have over 30 years of professional and semi-professional performance and recording experience. Equally adept in both electric and acoustic settings, their resumes include work in classic rock/soul, original pop/rock, jazz, American & Irish folk music, madrigal, choral, musical theater and liturgical music.
All in their 40's and 50's the members of UnderCover are seasoned entertainers. Their repertoire consists of classic singles and album tracks from the 60's through today including songs by The Beatles, Crosby Stills Nash and Young, Tom Petty, Sheryl Crow, The Eagles, The Rolling Stones, Steely Dan, The Who and many others.
UnderCover's distinguishing feature is its vocals - four accomplished and diverse lead singers who blend naturally in rich 2, 3 & 4 part harmonies - a compelling sound driven by well crafted instrumental arrangements played with precision, passion and a genuine respect for the original recorded versions.
UnderCover also "covers" some original tunes that three of its members previously performed in a band back in the 80's.
