Underpaid

Their music has the dynamics of a seasoned punk rock band, but when you talk with the members they have known each other for a little more than a year. Members herald from such bands as Endo, Level 9, School for Heroes, Caught Inside, Out of Focus, Pariah, and Lift. Creating what they call, creative punk rock. The band tries to be as innovative and unpredictable as possible. Driving guitars, pounding drums, thick bass lines, and the powerful vocals are what makes UNDERPAID a force to be reckoned with.

Exploding onto the South Florida scene in July '02, they have already played sold out shows alongside bands such as Against All Authority, Fonzie (from Portugal), The Monjees, The Know How, Bum Ruckus, The Skatalites and numerous other bands. Helping to build a stronger local scene is extremely important to UNDERPAID, who strive to support and share strengths with bands that have the dedication. With a full length record coming out this fall, they are continuing to take on the scene with authority.

To UNDERPAID the music is for one group of people, the fans! They keep show prices as low as possible, and merchandise is available with one word in mind, cheap. They are always open to talk to anyone and are known for throwing out free merchandise and other items during their shows. After all, they know what its like to be UNDERPAID!
