Undone making music, video at music fest

Paul Fairley, Luke Coffee, Matthew "Bubba" Coffee and Buddy MacIssac have a few things in common. They all went to school in Alliston (they now are living in Toronto) and they will all be at the upcoming New Tec Music Fest happening at the Tottenham Community Centre on the Labour Day weekend.
The foursome make up the band Undone. Currently the band is one of ten bands being promoted by Budweiser. With a purchase of a King pack, customers receive a pin number enabling them to download songs. Other bands being sponsored by Budweiser include Finger Eleven and The Trews. Undone also receives airplay on Budweiser radio, and have been played on stations such as 102.1 The Edge and 97.7 FM
In September, Undone is heading to North Bay and St. Catherines to play Budweiser concerts, that they expect will be their biggest gigs to date. They are also planning on shooting their first music video and hope to get the first shots at the New Tec Music Fest. Anyone who has always wanted to be in a music video, this might be your chance. Heading to the New Tec Music Festival a little early is a good idea.
The band was originally started by the late Kyle Hallem who was tragically killed in a car accident in 2003. After Hallems death "we didn't really want to move on without him," said Fairley, "for a month or two didn't really play at all."
The band always practiced in the Hallem's garage. The family had just rebuilt the garage to make it sound proof for Undone to practice in. The Hallem's asked the remaining members to come back and continue practicing in the garage.
"In a way it (Kyle's death) pulled us back. But it gives you that much more drive to think something can end so quickly." Fairley explained, adding that with Kyle they knew they were going to move forward as a band.
One of their biggest songs so far called "Farewell" was written in memory of Kyle.
The event will be licenced (ages 19 and over.) To get your tickets for the festival on Saturday September 4th, the cost is $20.......

Bio

There is a certain intensity that hits with every Undone performance and an obvious atmosphere for excitement. Starting small by doing local gigs and week end shows, Undone's performance and music have brought them to a new level. Undone has moved to Toronto together to pursue their musical careers which has already led to a full sponsorship agreement within the 'True Music' program of 'Labatts - Budweiser' along side bands such as Finger 11, The Trews, Drowning Pool and more. Budweiser has and will be promoting Undone through radio airplay across Canada and possibly even bordering states continuing May ‘05.
The band are currently recording at Metal Works studio in Mississauga for their next release of May 2005
