Urvanovic

A seven-piece variety bucket of strings, synths, percussion and other noises, Urvanovic play catchy pop with a mixture of sweet and harsh sounds and intertwined vocals. Formed in Edinburgh in 2012, the band have been featured in various blogs and podcasts including Favourite Son, Glasgow PodcArt and Peenko, as well as receiving airplay on BBC Radio 1 and a recent 'Introducing' feature in Scotland on Sunday. In October, they embarked upon their first tour, featuring six shows across Scotland. They were recently featured as one of the showcase acts at the Words and Music convention in Perth, alongside the likes of Fake Major, Randolphs Leap and Siobhan Wilson. Urvanovic are currently working on their debut album, due for release later this year.
