Bio
Used For Comparison is a three-piece alternative rock band from Atlanta, GA. The band's guitar and piano based original songs draw from such varied influences as the Beatles, Radiohead, They Might Be Giants, Ben Folds, Spoon, Pink Floyd, and others.
The band consists of Charles Boehmig (guitar, piano), Ian McMahon (bass), and Martin Adam (drums). All three of the band members contribute to vocals and are also multi-instrumentalists. In addition to strong original material, Used For Comparison also plays covers ranging from the classic British rock of the sixties to the alternative and indie sounds of the 90's and 00's.
The band has just completed their third full length album "The Great Divide", which will soon be available on CD and - thanks to a highly successful Kickstarter campaign - on vinyl.
