Die Speedrocker V8 Wankers aus Frankfurt und Offenbach sind nach wie vor Bilderbuch Rock`n Roller. Was soll man noch über Deutschlands volltätowierte Vorzeigerocker schreiben, was nicht schon jeder weiß. Seit 10 Jahren stehen diese „beer for breakfast“ Rocker für kompromisslosen high Speed Rock´N´ Roll der in der BRD seines gleichen sucht.
Die Gründung der Band im Jahr 2000 hatte einen starken Beginn, da schon der zweite Auftritt mit niemand geringerem als „Rose Tattoo“ bestritten wurde. Es folgten mehrere Tourneen unter anderem Auftritte auf den Hauptbühnen des Bizarre Festivals und dem Wacken Open Air. Die V8 Wankers teilten sich die Bühne mit Bands wie „Turbonegro“, „Motörhead“, „Gluecifer“, „The Bones“, „Psychopunch“ und anderen legendären Rock`n Roll Besetzungen. 2007 tourten sie außerdem als Support mit „WASP“!
Alles steht im Zeichen des 10 jährigen Bandjubiläums!!! Das neue Album „Foxtail Testimonial" ist stärker und schneller als je zuvor! Wieder produziert von Uwe Lulis, wieder unverkennbar.

The speedrockers from the V8 Wankers from Frankfurt and Offenbach (Germany) still are the epitome of Rock’n’Roll…What else can you say about Germany’s best, fully-tattooed kick-ass rock’n’roll band-there is nothing that has not been said about this band. For 10 years the „beer for breakfast“ rockers play pure high speed rock’n’roll and there is no other band in Germany that can do it as well as them.
After several shows with WASP, Motörhead, Turbonegro, Rose Tattoo and other legendary Rock`n Roll Artists the V8Wankers are ready to rock everybody into the ground!
