Vague Perception started in 1984 in Cranston ,Rhode Island by Original members Brian Luiz and Roger Kelly. Their first 45 release was the contraversial "Masturbator in the Elevator" followed by the LP "Polished Passion" in 1987, Throughout the nineties members appeared in many other local bands playing Vague Perception originals and has continued through the millenium playing many of those and a slew of new rockin hard jams influenced by Ramones and Motorhead as well as Sabbath,Black Flag and the Angry Samoans. VP has seen Providence through many changes. "We've been there through it all to keep things rockin'!!!!!!
