Valerie Diane is a singer/songwriter originally from Columbus, Ohio, now based in Crystal Beach, Florida. Listing influences such as Enya, Sarah McLachlan, Tori Amos and Loreena McKennitt, it is not difficult to see why her music proves so popular among those who have heard it.
Every song has an ethereal, almost spiritual feel to it � thanks largely to her outstanding vocal arrangements � and it is difficult not to be touched when listening. Fans often comment on how peaceful her songs make them feel, yet at the same time, Valerie has also branched out into electronic music involving collaborations with DJ Riktor and Ataxia- but loses none of her appeal despite the shift in genre.
As well as showcasing her many original songs, Valerie also likes to apply her talents to covering some of her favorite songs by other artists, both mainstream and independent.
