Miss Fraction has appeared on BET's Comicview and has shared the stage with notable talents such as Cedric the Entertainer, Jonathan Slocumb, Eddie Griffin, and R&B artist Angie Stone. The multi-talented 2003 Chicago finalist for NBC's "Last Comic Standing" and the MGD Kings and Queens of Comedy Search is featured in the 2004 hit movie Barbershop
Vanessa's act which ranges from the spiritual findings of self discovery to the twisted humor found in the mundane tapestry of everyday life tantalizes crowds; from clubs and theatres throughout the Us to such countries as England, Germany, Holland, and Japan. Vanessa's comedy resonates through the hearts of all audiences.
Sparked by a 1997 round table discussion with Former President Clinton, Vanessa made the decision to begin motivational and public speaking. She performs for community & gospel events, political functions, corporate affairs, and was recently named the national spokes person for the B.R.A. Foundation, a non-profit organization that raises money for young women with terminal illnesses.
