Varia's Station

Varia’s Station is a four-piece band based in Red Deer, Alberta. The group was formed by lead songwriters Sam Hayden and Aric Froese after having co-written several songs for a high school project, and the group since gone on to have a life of its own.

Varia’s Station’s dynamic sound is one of melancholic grandeur, and it is a sound that demonstrates itself in the heat of every piano-ballad, and in every rocking guitar solo that the group performs. Varia’s Station proves themselves capable time and time again of engaging and exciting audiences with their heart-rending lyrics, energetic instrumentals, and lively presence. Following the release of their 2017 LP, Maybe It’ll Hit Me, which made a splash in their local scene, Varia’s Station is swiftly becoming known as a group that should not, and cannot, be ignored.
