VATIC is a hard rock/metal/alternative band from the Chicagoland area. Their music is fashioned by the interplay of driving rhythms and hypnotizing melodies. When fused with introspective lyrics, passionate screams, and entrancing harmonies, a sound is created that is as unique as it is captivating. VATIC melds their influences of life, energy, magick, and everyone they meet into a sound, look, and entity that is a true display of their passion and energy.
While VATIC is still relatively new to the Chicagoland music scene, the individuals (former members of popular Chicago bands Nuisance & Illroot) bring years of experience from the stage and studio to the VATIC equation. They have performed at some of Chicagos top venues such as: House of Blues, Metro, Double Door, Riviera Theater, and Hard Rock Café, as well as paying their dues in most of the smaller bars and clubs in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Listening to the well thought out compositions and heartfelt performances of their recordings or witnessing one of their dynamic live shows will help you understand their passion and entrap you in their energy far more than these words.
