Vaughn Live was created in the bowels.of Camden,N.J. one of America’s most dangerous cities. Born to teenage parents who would soon separate Vaughn’s life began to follow the road so many others had. Young, black, poor and disadvantaged. Being the oldest of his mothers 4 boys and the second oldest of his fathers children he felt more responsible to keep his family together. But you can’t help the poor if you one of them. So began the story of LIvE.
Blessed with the ability to relay his feelings in his songs his started his quest to get his family back. He began writng for local groups and singing backup on his friends trax which lead him from New Jersey to Va., to Florida, ohio and of course Atlanta to his first management and indie deal. After things turned sour he returned to N.J. to find out his brother and cousin had been shot, another brother incarcerated and he himself began to find himself in between feuds. Still the music called and in a turn of events he landed a job working in 3 studios writing producing and engineering. He was nicknamed "LIVE" by 1 one N.O.K.'s first artist RAreForm for his ability to bring life to any project.Taking what he learned over the next 2 years he opened his own production, management and consulting company N.O.K. MuZiK and EnTertainment aka The Nok. Later joining forces with his 2 cousins and forming their inside production team "THE BROWNS"
