Velvet Razor: After practicing their craft for years in an abandoned warehouse outside of Weybridge, Velvet Razor released their debut album to the rock scene in 2003 the album was entitled - "The Day the Earth Rocked". After some personnel changes they regrouped and their second release was in 2006 - their 4 track EP the "The Razor's edge - The Garden Studio sessions". The next Release was in 2008 entitled "The Wyvern EP", The band's next release was in 2010 entitled "Rainbow Warriors" quickly followed up also in 2010 by "Hex" both promoted by QuiteGreat PR -"Hex" layers Dave Kent's testosterone fueled anthems with crowd-pleasing melodies to churn out an album highlighting fist-pumping rock. With standout tracks like "Do you dare to lie," floating on the radio airwaves far and wide, Velvet Razor is an essential addition to any rock event. Velvet razor has played many gigs in pubs, clubs and festivals.
They have honed down to a rawer sound as a trio. Even though they dispair that Rock/Pop music at the moment has become a clone factory; due to terrible karaoke music programs like X-factor, We want to get back to the great music that inspires, with band like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Doors and Guns N Roses etc.
