-Venus Bullet will be opening for a multi-platinum rock band GIGI (Sony BMG Indonesia) on September 25th @ Harper's Ferry, Boston, MA!
-Venus Bullet's "Fables of Divination" EP was released in Indonesia on August 25th! It is now available in CDs and Cassettes at major music outlets all over JAVA and BALI (DUTA SUARA MUSIK, AQUARIUS, ETC).

What is Venus Bullet?

Imagine Sting and Incubus conceiving a child, a girl. Then Dream Theater and Flaming Lips give birth to a boy. Then the two children have a child, a gorgeous bitch, and eject her to the cosmos. Venus Bullet is the sonic vessel she would travel in.
Keys and guitars have dueled long before Venus Bullet, but Angga Tarmizi may be the first on the planet to pit these instruments against each other, at the same time – left hand vs. right. Occasionally, a hand sweeps through the air, as Angga controls his ‘AirSynths,’ the first new instrument of the new Millennium. Determined to take his musical split personalities to the moon, Angga transformed his former band Magick into a new force.
After an extended adventure in Poland as a top 10 finalist in Polish Idol, Mike Zawitkowski returned to the country of his birth looking for new conquests. Nothing could prepare him for the ride he hitchhiked with Venus Bullet. Armed with soaring vocals, Mike strapped in next to Angga like a seasoned pilot.
When drummer Rob Cross & bassist Rozhan Razman (a.k.a. Phunky Diablo) joined the VB ship with their stage charisma, charm, and intuitive rhythm, a solar eclipse encompassed the basement they rehearsed in, and a star act was born..
Their debut EP, Fables of Divination, includes chapters out of the saga of Venus Bullet, a femme fatale character leading the revolt of the moon against imperial earth. The story in its entirety will be told in the hotly anticipated double-length album, titled Stunning as Venus, Fatal as a Bullet. In the meantime, Venus Bullet’s live shows and latest album are more than enough to satisfy a listener’s sensual lust. Don’t you dare miss the ride!
