Bio
Version 9 is a Modern/Art Rock band from Las Vegas Nevada. The best explanation of the band came from a fan after a show. âImagine if one of the characters from HALO jumped out of the game and joined A PERFECT CIRCLE. The blending of music and theatrics dates back to KISS and David Bowie and that is where V.9 draws its substantial inspiration. The music is hard driving guitar rock with textures of industrial grinds and movie soundtrack embellishments.
Version 9 is an experience more than it is just another band. The stage show rivals that of most headliners. Never content to just plug in and play, V.9 goes out of itâs way to bring to life the songs themes of revolution, conspiracy, time travel and mankindâs self destruction through use of dramatic lighting, television screens, MATRIX style Go-Go Dancers and other effects U must see to believe.
Version 9 is working in the studio with Scott Rockenfield of Queensryche as producer. âThe guys are great players, the music is great, they make my job easy.â Says Scott who plans on securing a record deal for V.9 as soon as the album is complete.
