Discography

We have completed 2 EPs over the past year with our producer Ciaran O' Shea, entitled 'The Veils', and 'We Are Friends With You'.

These EPs were aimed at honing our songwriting and performance skills, and we will commence work on our debut album in June.

Of these two EPs, 'The Veils' has recieved a good deal of airplay on Irish radio stations, especially the title track. 'We Are Friends With You' was only fully completed in March and has not been distributed extensively at this stage.

Bio

Versives were formed in early 2007 by Kevin Power, Alan Matthews and Alex Millar Since that time, they have been developing and honing their sound to produce tightly structured alternative rock that combines both electronic and ambient elements, with pop sensibilites.

Since their formation, the band have been recording extensively and are currently in the process of recording a series of E.P.s with producer Ciaran O' Shea. The most recent of these E.P.s is entitled <-The Veils-> was released in Autumn 2009 and was mastered by Fergal Davis at Suite Studios, Dublin. The CD is available for download from downloadmusic.ie, iTunes and other reputable online stores.

During the period of <-The Veils-> the band supported acts such as the Delorentos, Blitzen Trapper ,and Toy Soldier, performed at the 2010 IMRO Showcase, and made several incursions into the Brittish music scene.

The follow up E.P. to <-The Veils-> is entitled <-We Are Friends With You->was also produced by Ciaran O' Shea and mastered at Suite Studios. The 4-track EP will be released in the Summer of 2010.

Versives will be entering the studio in June of 2010 to record their debut album.
