For the past several years, they have been working hard to develop their own unique sound. Jeremy as a singer/songwriter honed his skills while in Nashville. Now based in his hometown in NC, VESS is ready to share their music on a much broader scale.

Forging their own niche with an original style of eclectic songwriting, you realize as you listen to their songs that VESS’s primary goal is to captivate the audience with an absorbing, fresh message mixed with intriguing lyrics and haunting melodies.

Showing musical influences from bands such as Kings of Leon, U2 and Coldplay to a more intimate singer/songwriter styling as that of Bruce Springsteen, Ryan Adams and Tom Petty, allowing them to encompass a broad spectrum of sound ranging from arena rock to living room acoustic. In addition, many of their new songs,which are set for release in 2011-2012, display a more bluesy, soulful sound with hints of bands like The White Stripes, The Black Keys and NeedtoBreathe. Although still relatively unknown, this band is one to definitely watch and invest in.
