The best kept secret in music

"Press release summer 2004"

The Vibration White Finger sound is like revamped 70s rock and roll. It’s heavy, it’s groovy and it’s intense. With a two-piece brass section and a whirring 909 underscoring the whole thing, Vibration White Finger sound like nobody else making music today,
it’s a Led Zeppelin / Primal Scream inspired romp, that will leave your ears ringing and your heart racing at a million miles per hour.

In the past twelve months, Vibration White Finger have intensified their gigging shedule around the country including shows with Mercury nominated The Bees and album-chart toppers The Scissor Sisters.

They have appeared alongside The Bandits and Junior Senior and played at Adrenaline Magazine’s Christmas Party last year in Shoreditch.

The six months since has seen the band build on their growing London reputation with acclaimed gigs at ‘The Hope and Anchor’, ‘On the rocks’ and an earth shattering performance at the ‘Islington Carling Academy’; all this as well as well as further establishing their loyal following in the South Wales scene with regular sell out gigs at the Barfly and the Toucan, two of Cardiff’s premier live music venues. - Glue Room Press

"Live by the sea"

“Potentially massive! I'd like to see them in a bigger venue, somewhere that could handle a sound so huge." - SoundNation Magazine

"Saxual energy"

“The confidence of the band emanates from lead singer Matt Rimmer who growls round the stage like he is the sexiest, most enigmatic person to grace Barfly” - The Western Mail

"The aftermath"

“Excellent – tight as a chough’s arse with some raucous vocals to boot." - Adrenaline Magazine

"Vibration White Finger"

"Full on Rock n' Rollers VWF return to the Barfly on a wave of local hype. It's well deserved too as this band are making serious inroads towards much bigger things." - The Fly

"This is it!!!"

"A seven piece demolition force. F**king awesome!"

- Kruger Magazine
