V.I.C. meaning Victorious In Christ was born in New York and raised in Atlanta Georgia. He is a very slick and crafty rapper that has vision to feed and please the people by giving them the best of both worlds (Heaven and Earth). Victorius is a phenomenal gospel rapper like no other separated from all the rest because of his love for the street and young people. He has studied the best lyricists and the hottest rappers to cultivate his own unique rap style that now appeals to the streets.
Victorius actions are driven by the love he has for God. Vic has desires to be number one to the ears of the world. He plans to use his music to spread the word of God through the ear of the streets. However, fame is irrelevant to this young man. His lyrics describes his understanding of the present time that we live in, and realization that many people cannot vibe with gospel spiritual music so he blends his music with catchy hooks and hardcore beats that can persuade the streets to listen to the word of God.
Victorius wrote his first song titled “Think About It” when he was 10 years old. He performed this song at his public high school. The song demonstrated the negative effects of drugs. At the age of 15 he started rapping for the Youth Ministry at World Changer’s Church International in College Park, Georgia. During this time, Victorious discovered his god given talent to influence the minds of the youth in a positive way.
Victorius has been featured on many compilation projects such as Holy War, Prodigal Sons, and Crunkfest I & II, produced by Canton Jones (CJ) of Arrow Records. Victorius is also featured on Canton Jones new album “Love Jones”. Currently in 2005, Vic is releasing his most recent album titled “Street Parables Volume II”. He also travels around the world performing inspirational music playing his roll in life.
