...Vic and Sticks is husband and wife team Vicki and Rick Ethier...bringing songs from the "comic side of life" with a vintage/recycled/rhythm beat!...
Singer songwriter Vicki Ethier on vocals, ukulele and kazoo, and her husband Rick on suitcase percussion, recycled percussion, and antique washboard make up this acoustic duo... Drawing on her own personal life experiences, Vicki writes songs with a comic perspective ....because "laughter is all it was meant to be...good for the soul"!
"Vic and Sticks" is an original music family show performed for pre-school children right on up to adults. This fast paced music show, which is great for fairs and festivals, outdoor summer concerts, school assemblies, and library programs, encourages audience participation...as children in the audience become part of the "recycled rhythm band"!

RECYCLED RHYTHM PROGRAM

The Recycled Rhythm Program was designed for an elementary school audience and for library programs.
By singing about the three "R's"...reduce, reuse and recycle...The Recycled Rhythm Program talks about how recycling helps the world around us.
Children also learn through this program that the best place to practice "reuse" is at their neighborhood library.
This music show is fast paced and encourages audience participation, as the children become part of the "Recycled Rhythm Band".
