Bio
Victoria Lee Antoinette Washington was born in Chicago, Il she moved to Grand Rapids Mich as a young girl. She began singing at the age of four at her church where she attened with her mother, she was very shy but at age eleven she joined a group called Hope for Tomorrow and soon grew out of her shyness. She also has attened dance classes from the age of twelve and is still currently enrolled. This laid the foundation for what was later to come. During the summer of 2004 she came to Mt.Vernon,Il where her two cousins live- K-Niddy and Young Hood- those two already had a manager they brought her along to meet him,right there in the car she began to sing a song she wrote at age sixteen. Right then she was signed to Termel Management. Two weeks later they were all in the studio recording the song G-Unit pop which never seen the light of day. But she never got discouraged she began working on songs for there first mixtape Mt.Vernon Massacre Vol1 with songs "I'm Ready" and also displaying her rappin ability on "Start from Scratch" she would soon become a underground favorite following Vol1 she would surpass "I'm Ready" with the ladies anthem "Contimplate" from Mt.Vernon Massacre Vol2 she continued to stay focused and being inspired by R&B greats such as Anita Baker,Brandy,Tevin Campbell and new comer Bobbi Valentino and also her cousin the founder of BTN, Christopher(C4) Washington R.I.P.Things that kept her focused was seeing her mom struggle and didnt want to struggle herself,and she always wanted her mom to be proud of her. She knew that coming into a all male situation she would only have to step her game up. Men dont really like to listen to females but she feels she can help bring female and males all together and they can be strong. Next up for Karamel is the long awaited solo album entitled(HOOD THERAPY) this album will bring alot of lyrical thinking,even thought you have everyday problems, you can still laugh cause life goes on.This album is for all sexes and cultures.
