"Bobaflex Plays Black Friday"

Straight from Eaton/New Lebanon/Cincinnati, ViFolly bring an impressive resume to the stage: recording music for Bret Michaels’ Rock of Love: Bus and Rock of Love alumni Taya Parker. They’ve also played live at MMA fights in Cleveland and there’s talk about future fights in other states as well.
All songs are written, recorded and pre-produced by ViFolly in their recording studio in Eaton Ohio. They’ve worked with Bon Jovi’s producer Fab Dupont and will be releasing a new record in March with Dupont at the helm. Playing over 100 shows in 20 states in 2011, they’ve opened for Seven Dust, Jackyl, Drowning Pool, Sick Puppies, Tantric, 60 date tour with Hawthorne Heights, Saliva, members of (Molly Hatchet, Black Foot and Lynrd Skynrd) and the list goes on.
They take a rock sound inserting high, sometimes frantic notes giving an unsettling, melancholy feeling to the music with a mixture of Bush vocals and Tool tones. The guitar whistle’s the opening of Kettle Doll then the guitars go nuts on Crazy. Sweet Revenge has those weird notes, sweating off sanity. The seven minute opus Feathers starts swimming in guitar tranquility, turning up the rock with haunting harmonies, singing us a wicked little nursery rhyme Opeth style. Under scarlet lights we feel the Burn as dreamlike, nightmarish notes escape the stage. They also play tracks from the upcoming CD, All For Nothing and Heaven Help Me. Finishing as King(s) of the Castle, they’ve taken the dark side of the Beach Boys, and adding some of that haunting calm Opeth charm. - MostMetro.com

"Blurb from Fab DuPont (Producer/mix engineer Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Bon Jovi, Queen Latifah)"

From time to time a project comes along where everything lines up right. When Vifolly approached me about being on the team as producer and mixer for their next record, it took one listen to the demos for me to say yes.

What the band had come up with on their own at that point was impressive already. The writing and the playing were great, riffs were classics and the delivery was very original and captivating.

The biggest challenge was to choose which of these ideas to help mature into full songs and which songs to develop into a full record because there were so many. I feel we really managed to squeeze every bit of energy out of the tracks and created a truly coherent body of work across the album.

I personally had fun bringing my hifi vision of record making to the decidedly indy and heavier spirit of the songs. It's probably the heaviest sounding record I have made so far and I love it. - FabulousFab

"Cat Williams (PD K rock Lima, OH 10 yrs)"

"Thank you for making my week. I have absolutely loved listening to this new material. Wow, how these guys have evolved."

I've seen a lot of new artists come, ... attempt, ... and quietly go in my years in the radio industry. ViFolly is neither quiet NOR forgettable. This album is organically thunderous and speaks to every element
you possess. You'll think, visualize and literally feel the songs and their pulse. The album is equally ~thunderously organic,~ with a raw truth, no- holding, back vocal delivery and primal guitar work. This, combined with the seamless blending of powerful bass and prolific drums, equals this insanely I talented entity named ViFolly. All big words aside, these guys deliver massive full throttle content, and I'm not easily impressed ... so pay attention Gang. This one's different, and something big to hear. Be open for this experience ... Strap in and listen. Well done. ViFolly.

"Thanks ViFolly!"

I've never stepped away from the front of the stage at a friend's concert before in my life until last night but then again I'd never
been to a concert at a bar before and I wasn't quite mentally prepared for all that craziness that was going on at the front.
Even still, it was an amazing night with amazing people and although we didn't get home until four in the morning, it was an extremely memorable weekend. I want to say thanks to ViFolly, the Prather family, Chels Dale, Jared Leach and everyone else that was there!
