When talking to VIKTORIA about their music and how they feel about the band, it is obvious to them music is more than a fleeting passion or wish. "Music is a life mission a calling. It hurts to picture ourselves doing anything else, and we do not want to do anything else. This is what we are meant for. VIKTORIA (Jason Barlow Smith, Sam Pittman, Tony Morgan) is a three-piece rock band from Indianapolis, Indiana. When asked about their influences they artistically but humbly shy away from the question, but yield to their favorite bands: Oasis, Coldplay, Travis, Feeder, Radiohead a hint of Franz Ferdinand and one Yankee, The Killers. The three of us have been together for roughly a year now. It used to be the four of us, and eventually we would like it that way again. VIKTORIA is currently recording their debut album, which will be finished late May 2006.
