Vilelmini Katsi is a new face and a fresh proposal at the Greek music scene .. Already released her first orchestral lounge cd-single, entitled "into the dark", which includes four brand new and fresh songs with Vilelmini's music . The musician from Preveza (Greece),is playing music from 5 years old. Vilelmini ( Wilma ) was born on 9/3/1978 in Maroussi (a suburb in Athens ) and raised there until 19 years old, where she studied piano and harmony at conservatories Thales (adjoining conservatory in Maroussi), and later at the Central Conservatory in Athens Philippos Nakas and then at the National Conservatory in Preveza where did voice lessons for 2 years with the Professor Kosma Pafiti. Vilelmini also was a member and a four-piece band that had created with her classmates from Conservatory in Athens.
For several years Vilelmini lives in Preveza where she attended public vocational training institutes, multimedia and marketing, and she is working in bank.
The singe "into the dark", is the first track from the new homonymous instrumental lounge-cd-single of Vilelminis. All songs are in music of Vilelmini's Katsi and orchestration-production by George Bousounis , who is a member of AMMOS and has worked with Dimitra Galani, Michael Chantzigianni, Tania Tsanaklidou, and many others. The album contains 4 tracks (1.into the dark, 2.celtic rain, 3.alexandria & 4. la music del Andes )and the production became the onlinerecording.org, The design of the cover made Persephoni Stamoulaki .
One of the tracks on the album "celtic rain" that comes in instrumental version, chose to performe Antigoni Katsouri ( www.antigonikatsouri.gr )in her next album.
Vilelmini also recently gave her first concert for the European Music Festival in Preveza on 26/06/12 & accompanied by Sotiris Dousias & Dimitris Batzanopoulos & she is repearing her new job ( rock ) with the quitarist Achilleas Diamandis and with George Bousounis ( chill out music) ..
