Bio
Vinyl are a five piece unsigned rock band from Glasgow who write all their own music. Vinyl were formed back in 2008 since then they performed in Hong Kong were they won the best performance award and solo guitarist award at the international Jam Festival also in 2008 they were awarded the best youth rock band in Scotland by Yrock UK. In 2009 Vinyl played in the Videophone’s Live and unsigned were they managed to reach the national finals. Also that year Vinyl went looking for new fans by doing so they performed in the US (New York, Syracuse ) UK; Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow`s King Tuts Wah Wah Hut, the ABC Glasgow, Barrowlands, Classic Grand, Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall and many others. Vinyls are now helping to raise funds for local charities as well as creating a solid fan base. 2010 Vinyl are spreading their wings, they are booked to play at the Famous Cavern Club in Liverpool on the 27th March & have many more planned gigs around the UK.
