Lyrics

Time Your Life

Written By: Rasmus Bruun

So they told you to reach for the blue, blue sky
But who has a ladder that high?
So you reach for the bright blue sky
But tell me when did we learn to fly?
And now they mock you all day with your fairytales
About being somebody else
Yes they mock you all all day
Until you finally learn what they say

You gotta time your life and let the day bring up the surprise
You gotta make things right
Do it today, don´t care what they say

Now your own kids go to school every day
And believe that someday they´ll earn the big pay
But you know since you´ve been fooled this way
You finally learn what to say

You gotta time your life and let the day bring up the surprise
You gotta make things right
Do it today, don´t care what they say
You gotta make things right
Do it today, don´t care what they say

Change The Song

Written By: Rasmus Bruun

They say that in the end
You regret the things you didn´t do rather than those you did

But they, they never explained
What we should choose
Got nothing to lose so what you wanna do?

‘Cause you love me but I like you
Oh, you know it´s wrong but what would you do
If I loved you but you liked me?
Oh, you know it´s wrong but don´t change the song

Could you make it through the minutes when he went away?
Could he spare you from the noises when he hit your face?
Could you spare a simple tear?
Could he make you disappear?
Could you look him in the eye and show him that kind of fear?

Could you make it through the pain when she drilled your brain?
When she made you realize that she´s not a saint?
Could she spare you from the loss
From the line she chose to cross?
Could she look you in the eye while explaining your cause?

‘Cause you love me but I like you
Oh, you know it´s wrong but what would you do?
If I loved you but you liked me?
Oh, you know it´s wrong but don´t change the song

Castles

Written By: Thomas Charlie Pedersen

It´s time to surrender to the void
It´s time to lay down in tranquility
It´s time to pass on the torch of light
No chance to resist these times of turmoil

We´re falling to pieces
But that´s not as definite as fading away
I tell you we better take this day by day

We need to talk or get some rest
We need to wash these castles away
We need to tilt those downward curves
Unless the palette starts changing its colors

We´re falling to pieces
And that´s not as definite as fading away
I tell you we better take this day by day

It´s time to surrender to the void
It´s time to wash these castles away

Colorblind

Written By: Rasmus Bruun,Thomas Charlie Pedersen

If you scream then she´ll die
We can´t run but you can´t hide
‘Cause in your mind, we´re colorblind

You´re swept away by the tide
A monster sleeps there by your side
It´s in your mind, we´re colorblind

Make your way through stormy aisles, don´t forget to run for miles
Way back when you were just a child, you learned the lessons of the wild
By shape shifting colors grey, your imagination blew away
Found a home, cold as stone, now you´re living there alone

When dreams take their toll
All the things you can´t control
When changing lanes, they pick up your mortal remains

You´re falling faster now, you´re sleeping tight
In pale moonlight
This newborn fright will wake you up in the morning

Make your way through stormy aisles, don´t forget to run for miles
Way back when you were just a child, you learned the lessons of the wild
By shape shifting colors grey, your imagination blew away
Found a home, cold as stone, now you´re living there alone
And as the mockingbird it sings of someone who deserved his wings
You plunge into rivers of deceit, down there where the currents meet
And as the nightmares hold you down, under the surface ‘til you drown
They suddenly feel bulletproof, while considering their next move
Make your way through stormy aisles, don´t forget to run for miles
Way back when you were just a child, you learned the lessons of the wild

Fallen Leaves

Written By: Daniel Pedersen

Leave me, say goodbye
As the daylight brings the summer, oh
And the snow displays the winter
Let your mind slip away…
Words just flowin’ around…

A new beginning
Cause I believe we’re something different (something different)
But I don’t know how this is evident?
But that’s okay…
We took a dive into the night…

Fallen to the ground
Should I’ve seized them one by one then?
Could I’ve reached them in the nightfall?
No, I left them there to die…

All the leaves came down forever
Like a travel to the sun
All the worms have had their fun
A rainy day and they’ll be gone…

Words just flowin’ around
Time to make that change
Words of grief and hunger
The fallen leaves, yeah

A new beginning
And I believe we’re somewhat different (somewhat different)
But I don’t know in which way it’s different?

A new beginning
And I believe it’s something evident (something evident)
And I don’t know in which way it’s evident?
But that’s okay…
We took a dive into the night…
