Moving On has recently been played on BBC Radio Kent, however an improved version of this song, along with 3 others will appear on a debut EP which will be released in the summer.

Virgin Soldiers was formed in the summer of 2009 by singer/guitarist/songwriter James Beeny. The band creates a unique, contemporary sound and despite the absence of a drum kit, the songs have masses of energy. The band is an eclectic group of musicians who share a passion to create innovative music. As a guitarist and songwriter James always liked the idea of combining contemporary with classical instruments and was lucky enough to meet Mike, a violinist, who shared that view. They have been able to put together a group of really talented young musicians that combine to make Virgin Soldiers a unique and exciting new band. It has been difficult to find a genre that the band fits and in many ways they feel that they have created their own.
