The young, reserved Greek-American & Marketing graduate would surprise even the biggest skeptics, with his flyboy swagger, witty wordplay & laid-back flow. Born in 1986 right outside Boston, MA, the now 24 year old Rap star wasn't always so musically inclined. Hip-Hop music was more of an acquired taste for the upcoming artist, listening to the mid 90's legends such as his idol JAY-Z, as well as Nas, 2Pac & Biggie....but not until the early 2000's. After that, Rap music became his one & only passion. VISA P came back onto the scene with a new outlook on life & music, not to mention a totally new style & attitude. In May 2008, VISA P & his long-time friend (now manager) "Jon Maxx" decided to form the label "SPLASH BOYZ ENTERTAINMENT." Soon after, the two friends decided to bring their mutual friend from NYC "G-Mack" on board for his business expertise. What started off as an inside joke between three friends quickly began to grow into something more as the label kept expanding & growing bigger, recruiting fresh talent from all around NY & MA, such as "Mz.B", "AS" & most recently "Trueno" onto the team. VISA P released his first official mixtape "JAYZSWAG EP" in early 2009, followed by his collaborative effort with label-mate "AS" titled "ROAD 2 ATLANTA" in late 2009. On New Year's Day 2010, his best offering to date, the aptly-named "MIXTAPE MONSTER: YEAR OF THE SPLASH" finally dropped to much critical & street acclaim. With three mixtape projects released in one calendar year, VISA P decided to fall back from the spotlight & let his label-mates shine as he & his marketing team focused on creating a stronger presence through heavy online & street promotion, as well as a string of highly successful performances during the Summer, all while quietly working on his next project, "SPLASH SEASON," which has already spawned several hit singles. 2011 looks brighter than ever for VISA P & SPLASH BOYZ ENT, with projects from VISA P & Mz.B already being planned, as well as many other new & promising business opportunities in the works.
