Vizcaya is a female fronted pop/rock band from nashville, TN. They bring a very raw and unique setting to the stage. Their sweeping vocal lines, mettlesome guitar riffs, reverberating backbeat, and never ending energy, combined with their heartfelt passion to create a one of a kind show, is recognized and appreciated by their fans. Vizcaya has incorporated influences from several musical genres, to create their own original sound that is considered epic rock, with a touch of pop. Vizcaya was formed by lead vocalist Yenisley. Already an accomplished solo artist, she decided that a new chapter of her musical career was ready to be written. She had a vision of a band that not only included amazing musicians, but also amazing people. Yenisley met drummer Michael Pratt, who was a skilled drummer/instructor. Michael was making a name for himself around town, playing with various bands/artists. Yenisley was sold on Michael's professionalism, skill set and work ethic. Bass player Paxton Williams was the next member to join the band. Michael and Paxton were very familiar with each other, having played several shows together. Paxton is a one of a kind talent, having a background in music theory. He is considered a "melodic bass player" and an incredible performer. The trio auditioned several guitar players before meeting lead guitar player Kyle Cerniglia. Kyle was exactly what the band was looking for. He shared the same vision and was extremely influential in creating the Vizcaya sound. Kyle brings a unique writing ability to the band, and has a work ethic that is second to none. They continued their search for the fifth and final member, auditioning several more musicians before meeting Ben Bishop. Ben was an established producer/songwriter new to Nashville. Ben impressed the band with his guitar playing and songwriting ability. Ben brings creativity that blends seamlessly with the other members. Vizcaya is a story that has yet to be told. A story of five individuals coming together for one vision, one goal, one dream. The future is full of expectations that are determined to be met. The future is now. Behold, the birth of Vizcaya.
