Bio

VIZIONZ was officially formed in August 2007 by lead-singer, Jesse, and guitarist, Pete/"Church". A few days later, Church contacted Johnny, a childhood friend about joining the band. Johnny currently fills the Bassist position in VIZIONZ.

After the band's fourth rehearsal, the members recorded a three-song demo at Centerline Studios in Santa Monica, California. The songs on the demo include: "Phenomenon", "Hypnotized", and "Never Too Late". These songs were recorded "live" with no leads or fills.

One year ago, on August 13th, 2007, the band launched its first website on My-Space. In that brief time, not only has the site had over 37,000 profile views but also, the original 2007 Demo has had over 23,500 plays.

Shortly thereafter, VIZIONZ released the single, "Phenomenon" on the website: mp3.com.au. "Phenomenon" debuted as a Top-10 song, across three of their categories, (Hard Rock, Rock, and Pop). For their second single, VIZIONZ released "Hypnotized", and it debuted in the Top-30.

In the meantime, VIZIONZ had also entered MetalMonthly.com's online "Battle of the Bands" and did very well, winning "7th Place".

By the Fall of 2007, VIZIONZ was nominated for the 2007 Rock City News Awards. (This is a yearly award given out to unsigned bands in Los Angeles, California.) By December 2007, it was announced that VIZIONZ had won!

The Band excitedly accepted the 2007 Rock City News "Rockies' Award" for "Best New-Generation, Hard-Rock Band".

In early 2008, VIZIONZ went on hiatus in order to re-focus and write new material....Finally, in April of 2008, Stephany Rose led Church and Johnny through a compelling video-Interview to address questions about the future of VIZIONZ.

In May of 2008, VIZIONZ took the stage once more with new material and a new addition to the group. This was the debut of VIZIONZ' heavy-hitting guitarist, Henry Rojas.

On a final note, by August of 2008, the Band's line-up was completed with this key change: VIZIONZ chose to fortify the backbone of its music by injecting punk-rock musician, Sean Myers, into the drumming duties.

Today....VIZIONZ does not only "bring-it" - they BRING THE SOUND.
