Voice of Melody

Voice of Melody is an anointed gospel vocalist, songwriter and arranger who has been singing since the age of three. Never satisfied with just singing other artist’s songs and arrangements, she began writing and arranging her own songs at the age of twelve and has continued to perfect her craft ever since.
She began fulfilling her purpose by using her gift to inspire many with her heartfelt soulful style. Accepting invitations to sing at numerous church and community events, Voice of Melody has become known as an instrument of Inspiration, Praise and Worship. She has served as Praise and Worship Leader at Faith Worship Center Ministries in Pittsburg, CA where she has both written and ministered numerous Praise, Worship and Ensemble songs. Voice of Melody sang several years as a solo artist for KTLN Channel 42. She then teamed up with two of the Bay Area’s top writers’ and producers’, Alphonzo Fuller and Reginald Knighten to begin work on her debut c.d. She not only wrote many of the songs on this album but co-produced it as well. She completed her demo in July 2005 and shortly thereafter appeared on Gospel Search, a live television program on a cable network station in Berkeley, CA where she was able to perform select tracks from her demo. She has also had the honor of singing with Elijah Green Sr, Lawrence Keith Matthews, and Twinkie Clark of the renowned Clark Sisters just to name a few.
Continuing in pursuit of her calling, Voice of Melody has relocated to Arizona where she says that she is beginning to see her vision manifest. She is literally in the desert but is not discouraged or dismayed for here in this place Voice of Melody desires and believes of all she ministers to: your waste places will be comforted, your wilderness will be like Eden, your desert places will be like the garden of the Lord. “You will find joy, gladness, thanksgiving, and...the Voice of Melody” (Is. 51:3).
