Bio

Throughout the musical ages, super groups have encompassed a wide swath of eras and genres, though none so aptly lives up to its resplendent title as the VOICES OF ROCK RADIO. Comprised of several rock n’roll giants, this highly decorated artist collective is loaded with more Grammy Awards, Billboard singles, BMI Songwriting Awards, plus major soundtrack and touring credits than even the most spacious trophy case or resume can hold, while the subsequent songs are truly timeless even in current contexts.

Enter Kevin Chalfant (The Storm, 707), Jimi Jamison (Survivor), Derek St. Holmes (Ted Nugent Band), John Cafferty (Beaver Brown Band, Eddie and the Cruisers)
and Wally Palmer (The Romantics), who comprise the cavalcade of classics that make up this ultimate electricity-drenched outing. From the enduring anthems like Survivor’s “Eye of the Tiger” and The Romantics’, “What I Like About You” to the melodic rock royalty of The Storm’s “I’ve Got a Lot To Learn About Love,” along with the Ted Nugent Band’s first pumping arena rocker “Cat Scratch Fever” and the Eddie and the Cruisers soundtrack staple “On the Dark Side,” it’s a hit parade of gargantuan proportions filled with this series of all-star collaborations backed by a snarling, six-piece band.

This “festival within a band” so to speak also boasts the instantly familiar radio faire “High On You,” “Stranglehold,” “Talking In Your Sleep,” “The Search Is Over,” “Show Me the Way,” “C.I.T.Y.,” “Hey Baby,” “Just What the Doctor Ordered,” “I’m Always Here” and “One In a Million.” Add in several chestnuts from the Journey catalogue (delivered from extended family member Chalfant, whose co-fronting of The Storm also included Journey’s Gregg Rolie, Ross Valory and Steve Smith) and it’s a sure fire sing-a-long from start to finish.

“It’s a chance to see several lead singers unite to perform our best loved material in an incredibly unique way,” Chalfant sums up. “Music is the common
language of life, which for the fans, means an entire evening worth of non-stop hits and memories. And from an artist point of view, it shows how the sounds have
brought us together and united us as one chemistry-filled unit, despite the diverse paths we’ve previously traveled. This is all about fun for us and the chance to give back in a major way to the audiences that have supported us all throughout ourincredible rock n roll rides.
