This is what it would sound like if you could plug your broken heart into an analog delay pedal.
This three piece from Philadelphia build upon early ‘90s guitar rock with washes of shoegaze and ‘80s new wave beats. Voletta is laced with an emotional weight, partly due to the countless layers of sound, and partly to the reoccurring themes of loss, regret, and dark romance.
The band completed their self-produced debut EP in early 2010.
