Biography

Visions of a Nomad from Australia plays an eclectic mix of World jazz Fusion and Classically influenced Music.

The group's highly original repertoire is both, evocative and energetic and heavily accompanied by the didgeridoo.
They like to make music with " substance", a cohesion of ART and MUSIC acessable to the masses, covering all genres and drawing on all of the world's musical influences, you can not really categorize this group, hence the name " Visions of a Nomad", they have created a niche of their own and simply don't like to be put in a box.

Visions of a Nomad works closely with the Aboriginal Nunukul Yuggera dancers and singer Shannon Ruska, adding aboriginal chants and song to their repertoire, for larger concerts or theatre performance they draw o the input of the dancers.
