Voyaj is hard to genre-ify, but they vacillate between dance inducing classic minimal wave, krautrock inspired grooves, and ghostly compositions that belong on some sort of soundtrack for Twin Peaks aired in an alternate dimension.
They self-released their first full-length album “Well Pumped Drips” in early 2013. After a busy year touring, they are back in the studio working on their next album, tentatively titled “Spice World.”
Fronted by the enigmatic psych-rock dynamo Ron Voyaj (synth) and backed up by David Krah (bass) & spice wizard Sean Hagen (guitar) Voyaj is bringing an impressive new form of modern psychedelia into the music world
