VOZ a VOZ

Voz a Voz is pop,rhythm, anc bachata layered over thought-provoking lyrics performed in three-part harmony.Voz a Voz is without a doubt the future of Latin Pop and the bachata music. Formed in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Voz a Voz consists of Gilberto D'Oleo, David Rosario and the new member: Ronny Mercedes. It is not an easy tasck to identify the music that has influence VOZ a VOZ. While Gio makes reference to Ricardo Arjona and Joaquin Sabina, David references the Bee Gees and Nathan Morris, and Ronny remembers Marc Anthony and luis Miguel. They produce a blend of pop and R & B they call "Passion Pop". Beyond the trio's vocal harmonies, each member is an accomplished singer with range and control. In November 2006 the group launch their first CD, "En Presencia del Futuro"It was acredited gold for selling more that 100,000 copies in Puerto Rico and the US, and was retired in a special format: "En Presencia del Futuro"-Gold Edition, with the participation of of the six timer winner Jose Feliciano in one of songs. As a result of the success obtained by this release, Voz a Voz was nominated for two Billboard Latin Music Awards, including Album of the Year and Best New Artist. Their second musical production, "Unreachables" was released on September 2007 under the Venemusic label. Their new CD, "El Mundo Gira" was released on October 2009, under tha Zamora Mucic group, and it's been distributed by Sony.
