On the first Friday of the
school year, all our
boarders were treated to a
sometimes dangerous,
and often funny, two-man
performance called Dangerously
Funny.
Hailing from Syracuse,
New York, Wade Live
and Wacky Chad entertained
the crowd with
magic tricks and stunts
that had the crowd laughing.
The students knew they
were in for a treat as soon
as the show started with a
dance and flip routine including
one of our very
own! Wacky Chad introduced
his partner, Wade
Live, but who appeared
on stage instead? None
other than junior Kendell
McNichols sporting a red
spiked wig and oversized
necktie!
Wade Live impressed the
kids with disappearing
cards, catching a paintball
in his mouth, and torching,
then reproducing, a
fifty-dollar bill.
Meanwhile, Wacky Chad
amazed everyone with
backflips and difficult
pogo jumps, and he even
balanced a shopping cart
on his chin!
Afterward, students
found another treat waiting
for them in the dining
room: ice cream sundaes.
