Greg "Wags" Wagner was born on December 10, 1965...Wags was raised by his father and Aunt from childhood and came from a very poor family...The first music Wags was influenced by came from the “King of Rock” Elvis Presley...Wags’ father used to sing song like "Hound Dog,” "All Shook Up," and many more of the King’s Masterpieces.

Wags' love for music was finalized in 1975/76 when he witnessed Kiss on The Paul Lynde Halloween Special...Wags knew right then that his destiny would lead him to the righteous path of Music...Wags also had an instant skill for writing his own material, and at the young age of 12, he was already writing classic metal songs that fans would still crave 25 years later...Wags locked himself in the closet and practiced nonstop for 3 straight years, honing his rhythms to a "Timex" status.

In 1985 Wags met Kenny "Lomy" Larkin and Alan "Bigman" Grewell and created Public Outcry...The 3-piece, power-trio quickly started to crush the local, New Philadelphia, Ohio scene and gathered a strong following...In 1987, Wags formed H.A.T.E. Wags and the Boys quickly gathered the attention of Auburn Records Guru Bill Peters who started booking them on major shows in Cleveland, Ohio...H.A.T.E. stormed into the city and established itself as a major contender for killer, live shows...In 1993 Wags formed a thrash metal foursome Called ConCussion...The band played all over the East and Midwest, including states such as Indiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and parts of New York City.

In 1996 Wags reformed Public Outcry and also landed the lead, vocal position for Prog Shredders’ ARCHETYPE...Wags was part of two brilliant releases; Hands of Time and Dawning.

In the year 2000, Wags created the Project Digital Nerve; another diamond-in-the-rough that never saw fruition...In 2004, Wags hooked up with Curran Murphy (ex-Nevermore/ex-Annihilator guitarist) to handle the vocal duties for Curran’s monster called SHATTER MESSIAH...Wags sang on the first two cds, “Never To Play The Servant” and “God Burns Like Flesh,” which critics praised Wags for his "World Class," multi-diverse, vocal performances on the cds.

Around 2006 Wags knew something wasn't right. He needed to control his own destiny, so he left Shatter Messiah in 2009/2010 to focus all of his energy on reforming H.A.T.E., and in 2008 Wags started to work on the debut cd "Metal Forever"...The cd gathered praise from around the world for the strong compositions and Wags' remarkable singing style...Wags then hooked back up with Auburn Records’ Bill Peters, and they decided to work together on the sophomore release of “Inject The Infection," which is due for release on the Auburn Records label sometime in the spring of 2011...Wags also handles the lead vocal position for Cleveland’s metal legend, BREAKER, which he's held since 2002.

Wags has toured Europe twice with Breaker, heading HOA in 2004 and the Bang Your Head Festival, both in Germany...Wags will go back to Germany in April 2011 to perform with Breaker at The Keep it True Festival...Wags will also be breaking out as WagsMetalInc. in the summer of 2011 to perform songs from his upcoming solo cd, WAGSMETALINC., which will include his songs that span his 25 years in metal, so strap in and buckle up for the high energy sounds of WAGSMETALINC!!!!!!!
