"Fans"

You guys are definitely one of my favorite bands...and some of best quality musicians around. Period. Very inspiring work and it is good to know that there are bands out there who can still play nice places and bring in good original music. Hats off to Waking Norman. - Fans

Bio

wakingNorman’s sound is unique. In addition to their special blending of styles, wakingNorman’s sound is fresh because of their unusual instrumentation including electric violin and electric acoustic guitar. This combination of style-blending and atypical instrumentation creates a distinctive chorus of pleasing sounds that can only be described as wakingNorman.

The album “Two Years Gone,” with award winning producer Jimi Tunnel, is now available with (3) LIVE Bonus Tracks to satisfy the insatiable appetites of wakingNorman fans.

wakingNorman has shared the stage with numerous national and regional acts including: Blue October, Vanessa Carlton, Counting Crows, Reckless Kelly, Blues Traveler, Deep Blue Something, Pat Green, Live, Monte Montgomery, Vallejo, Third Eye Blind, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Vertical Horizon and the Goo Goo Dolls.

wakingNorman has also donated their time to community events such as Operation: Entertain the Troops, the Uptown Borden Run benefiting the Special Olympics.
