In January of 2009 Washed Up recorded their first demo entitled Demo Daze. Three tracks from this demo are still currently on rotation at numberous radio stations across the country.
Their debut album is scheduled to be released in August of 2010. A few of the advance rough mix tracks can be heard on this EPK.

Bio
Born out of the blazing Central California Heat, Indie Rock/Reggae band, Washed Up named themselves as a joke referencing the difficulties small town bands, unwilling to move to larger music scene cities, seem to face. Well the name isn’t as fitting as it once was as the band has made huge strides since their inception in late 2008. They have shared stages with such acts as Pepper, The Expendables, Iration, The B Foundation, Starving Millionaires, Inhale, Mike Pinto, Black Square & even Los Lobos.
Over the last two years Washed Up has honed its edgy “chill vibe” style working on not only breaking into but creating a scene where only country and classic rock seem to thrive. 2010 looks to hold even more “unexpected” adventures for the CenCal four-piece as they were asked to play to a crowd expected to exceed 15,000 people, at the annual X Fest. Washed Up will be playing X Fest along side many bands that help influence and inspire their music.
Washed Up looks forward to spreading their music as far as possible with no foreseeable end in sight. Currently Washed Up is in the studio finishing up on their debut release which is scheduled to drop in August, 2010.
