Waving at Strangers is what happened when a Domino's pizza boy, an ice cream machine fixer, a Chick-fil-A manager, and a high school band director got together in order to create something that the kids would enjoy. They've toured the U.S. hundreds of times over the past few years, if by hundreds you mean four, and they also toured England once. Do you know any other unsigned bands that have done that? You do? What's their name? Waving at Strangers? Yeah, I thought so. Now go buy a CD.
Their EP, "In Your Wake" was released June 24th of 2005.
They are hard at work playing shows and working on songs for their next EP, to be recorded by Matt Goldman (Copeland, Underoath, Cartel), which will be released in September of 2006.
