We Are The Sun

We Are the Sun, not because we believe everything revolves around us, but that we are becoming bright, bright, brighter, and burning with the desire to spin out of this vast infinite space known as today's well-liked music scene.

It took us many records, Cd's, and tape cassettes to realize playing some musical toys was fun, and a brief moment; a flash in our daily american high school lives to realize life is too short. We want to create something we can be passionate about; something meaningful to us; something that we could pour into the ears of others who might derive their own personal meanings from it.

Well, we can only hope. It has become quite clear that escaping the norms completely is almost impossible, and even those who desperately attempt to flee fall victim to being placed in some category. Fitting in honestly doesn't matter to us, and that could well lead to our downfall. Then so be it.

Be proud to fall somewhere in between, in something you believe; in something rank, in something sweet; where praise is something you won't need.

Somewhere in between. Oh, they'll judge us, they'll hate us, and fail to understand us. Why can't they drift slightly outside of their comfort zone? A comforting sound? A sound too familiar, what does it mean? Are they afraid of change?
