"Webb & The Wisenheimers"

Webb & The Wisenheimers has just recently released their first full length recording, ‘Hodge-Podge Tuxedo’, this past year. This Boston based band with members from diverse backgrounds has put together a truly unique blend of sounds and lyrics that can captivate a wide-ranging audience. The lyrics for each song have catchy phrases easy for people to sing along to, including the song about a famous drink called the Cape Codder. The singer of the band who is called “Webb” is from Italy and even overlays some Italian language into their music. The lead guitar player 'C-Class' lays down fancy melodic guitar solos that add an extra element of drive to the sound. The bands upbeat and constant rhythm is a combination of country mixed with folk that can guarantee a person to tap their feet or even sway back and forth to their sounds. This hard-working band has already performed at various bars and venues around Boston and will continue to spread their music to New York and even down south to Nashville. For a person who is trying to find a new sound and song to sing too, tune in and listen to Webb & The Wisenheimers new release ‘Hodge-Podge Tuxedo’, and let their music take you to a new place.

Bio

The core members of Webb & The Wisenheimers are HRH Webb Sandquist, and C-Class Morgan III. The two met during their first semester at Berklee College of Music. Playing music together in many different formats over the years, Webb and C-Class decided to officially form a group. They decided to use the wealth of musicians at Berklee to help them accomplish their goal of keeping the music fresh, and play with many different types of backing musicians. Webb and C-Class also perform their songs frequently as an acoustic duo.

In the Summer of 2008 the duo entered the studio in order to record their first full length record. Using the same philosophy of interchanging musicians, the band emerged triumphant and have been receiving rave reviews from friend and foe alike.

Now setting their sights toward the future Webb & The Wisenheimers give out free copies of their CD to any and all that want one at live shows. Having played at many important venues in the Boston area, they have begun to reach more and more people with their catchy songs, and flashy guitar solos. They look forward to playing more venues not only in Boston but the entire New England area, and one day the world.
